Private Residence – Old Townhouse, Sliema

This charming corner townhouse, located in the heart of Sliema, underwent full turnkey works. The project included the construction of a rooftop extension and significant internal alterations. Comprehensive works followed, featuring floor screeds, gypsum soffits and partitions, marble-patterned flooring, and bathroom cladding. Finishes included microcement surfaces, wallpaper, plastering, and painting. We also handled all electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and underfloor heating systems. A standout feature is the bespoke terracotta-coloured vertical concrete wall cladding. The project was completed with the careful restoration of the façade, original timber apertures, and the traditional Maltese balcony.
