Apartment Block Façade

This project involved the complete refurbishment of the façade of a prominent apartment block on Tower Road, Sliema. The works included civil alterations and concrete repairs, followed by the installation of a high-quality marble ventilated façade cladding. Additional upgrades featured new aluminium apertures, glass railings, waterproofing of balconies, and the laying of raised external flooring. The result is a modern, refreshed exterior that complements the high-end finishes of the apartments within.
