Private Penthouse – Pender Gardens

This high-end penthouse project in Pender Gardens, St. Julian’s, began with major civil works, including the installation of an extensive steel beam structure. The project continued with full turnkey services: concrete screeds, gypsum soffits and partitions, as well as complete electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and underfloor heating systems. External works included raised outdoor flooring, swimming pool finishing, and elegant marble cladding—delivering a luxurious and functional living space throughout.
