Private Penthouse – Portomaso

This project involved the complete refurbishment of a high-end apartment in the prestigious Portomaso development. Works included the application of concrete screeds, new tiling, plastering, and painting throughout. The bathrooms were finished in luxurious marble, with detailed mosaic installations adding a touch of elegance. The scope also covered gypsum soffits and partitions, as well as full electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning installations, resulting in a modern and refined living space.
